Harvest Beacon Sourcing Terms of Service
Purpose and role
This website presents agricultural hand-tool inquiry options and independent procurement support. Harvest Beacon Sourcing helps business buyers organize requirements, seek factory quotations and compare purchasing scopes. It does not identify itself as the manufacturer of the displayed product forms or as an authorized representative of a third-party brand.
Information and inquiries
Catalog names, illustrations and purchasing notes are starting points for a sourcing conversation. They do not establish stock, a fixed specification, supplier identity, certification, warranty, price or delivery commitment. A submitted inquiry is a request to discuss requirements. It does not place an order, create an accepted quotation or reserve manufacturing capacity.
Buyer requirements
Provide accurate business contact information and describe the product, cutting task, quantity, pack unit, destination and requested seasonal date. Identify essential specifications and any acceptable alternatives. You remain responsible for approving the product suitability, supplier offer, sample and purchasing conditions for your operation. Safe-use requirements should be checked against the exact manufacturer's instructions.
Commercial scope
Quotations and any later purchasing arrangement require separate written confirmation. Compare currency, unit basis, minimum quantity, packing, sample costs, spares, freight, tax responsibility and service charges. Production timing, shipment timing, inspection arrangements and document scope depend on the accepted offer. Website content does not promise a particular result or a fixed response period.
Support eligibility
FREE sourcing support and support up to 3% are subject to review. Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements. This statement is not a fixed discount, a lowest-price undertaking or evidence of an accepted commercial benefit for a specific request.
Records and further discussion
Retain the agreed specification, sample identification, written exceptions and commercial terms with your procurement records. Contact us through the sourcing inquiry form to clarify the service scope before relying on a proposed arrangement. The Privacy Policy explains how inquiry information is used for that conversation.
