Information you provide

The sourcing form collects the contact details and procurement requirements you choose to submit. These may include your name, business email, company, optional telephone, tool specification, quantity, destination and intended buying window. Optional budget and supplier preference controls are combined with the requirement text when the form is submitted. Avoid sending unrelated personal, financial or confidential information.

Procurement use

We use submitted information to understand a business sourcing request, ask clarifying questions and discuss factory quotation coordination. A product specification or delivery location may need to be included in a proposed supplier brief. The scope of any further supplier communication should be discussed as part of the request; submitting a form does not create a purchase order or establish a supplier relationship.

Browser storage

This website uses a local browser timestamp to limit automatic sourcing-support presentation to a maximum of seven days after the first recorded display. Session storage records when the support ticker is closed for that browser session. These presentation settings do not contain your inquiry text. You can remove them through your browser's site-storage controls; doing so may reset the recorded display state.
